Gor Mahia are in hot soup and could face a possible three point deduction following their Kenyan Premier League fixture against Ulinzi Stars that ended in chaos over the weekend. Gor Mahia fans started all the trouble but they have deflected the heat on Ulinzi striker Stephen Waruru whom they accuse of provoking them after he equalized for his club in the 88th minute. The equalizer meant that Kogalo have dropped points in back to back fixtures as the game ended 2-2.
Ulinzi Stars captain James Saruni has come out to defend Waruru and said that every player has a right to celebrate when he scores. Gor on the other hand also reported that their team bus was attacked by unknown people. Ulinzi players Churchil Muloma, James Saruni and Samuel Onyango were injured. The Kenyan Premier League officials are awaiting a report from the match officials to determine the way forward.
